Common issues

Stats are not appearing on pins

In order of likelihood: 1) Refresh the Pinterest tab — especially right after installing or updating the extension. 2) Make sure you're logged into Pinterest (stats are read through your own session). 3) Click the extension icon and check that "Show stats on pins" is toggled on. 4) Give it a moment — stats load one pin at a time to stay gentle on Pinterest.

The dashboard is empty

The dashboard shows pins you've analyzed. Browse Pinterest for a minute (or use the ⏬ Auto-scroll button) and pins will start appearing. If you had data before and it's gone, check whether you recently clicked "Clear All" — and consider Premium's backup feature going forward.

Stats disappeared after I reloaded the extension

Reloading or updating the extension disconnects it from already-open Pinterest tabs. Just refresh the Pinterest tab (F5) and everything reconnects. Your collected data is unaffected.

Does it work on mobile / Firefox / Safari?

Pin Analytics Pro works in desktop Chromium browsers: Chrome, Edge and Brave. The Pinterest mobile app doesn't support extensions. Firefox/Safari versions may come later — tell us if you want them!

Pinterest changed something and the extension stopped working

Pinterest occasionally updates its website, which can temporarily affect stats. We monitor this and ship fixes quickly — make sure Chrome auto-updates extensions (it does by default), and email us if an issue persists more than a couple of days.

Is my data private?

Yes — everything is stored locally in your browser. No account, no tracking, no servers receiving your browsing data. The only external request is license verification (the key alone) to Gumroad. Full details in our privacy policy.

How do I activate my license key?

1) Find your key in the purchase receipt email from Gumroad. 2) Open Pinterest, click the extension icon → 📊 Dashboard. 3) Paste the key into the 🔑 License bar at the top → Apply. Premium unlocks instantly. (Also works from the extension's Settings page.)

I lost my license key

Search your inbox for "Gumroad" — the key is in your receipt. You can also log into gumroad.com with your purchase email to view your orders and resend receipts. Still stuck? Email us with your purchase email and we'll find it.

"This key was already activated on 5 devices"

One license covers up to 5 of your devices. If you've replaced computers and hit the limit, email support@aperox.com and we'll reset your activation count — usually within a few hours.

My license shows as invalid or expired

For subscriptions, this usually means a renewal payment failed or the subscription was cancelled and the paid period ended. Check your subscription status in your Gumroad account. Refunded purchases also deactivate automatically. If you believe it's an error, email us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your Gumroad receipt email and click "Manage membership" — cancellation is one click, no questions. You keep Premium until the end of your paid period, and your collected data always stays yours.

How do I get a refund?

30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email support@aperox.com with the email you purchased with, or request it directly through your Gumroad receipt. Refunds are processed within a few business days.

Can I move my license to a new computer?

Yes — just install the extension on the new machine and activate with the same key. To keep your collected pins too, use 💾 Backup JSON on the old machine and 📂 Import Backup on the new one (Premium).
