Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Pin Analytics Pro browser extension ("the Extension") and aperox.com, operated by Aperox ("we", "us"). By installing the Extension you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The Extension displays publicly available Pinterest pin statistics and provides local analytics tools. A free tier is available to everyone; additional features ("Premium") require a paid license.
2. Licenses & payments
- Premium licenses are sold through Gumroad, Inc. Purchases are additionally subject to Gumroad's terms.
- One license key may be activated on up to 5 devices belonging to the purchaser.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases valid for the lifetime of the product, including updates.
- 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
- Sharing, reselling or publishing license keys is prohibited and may result in key deactivation.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Extension only with your own Pinterest account and in compliance with Pinterest's Terms of Service and applicable law. You will not use the Extension to harvest data at abusive volumes, harass others, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
4. Third-party platform
The Extension reads data from Pinterest, a platform we do not control. Pinterest may change its website or systems at any time, which can temporarily or permanently affect Extension functionality. We work to restore functionality promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Pin Analytics Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc.
5. Your data
All analyzed data is stored locally on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for backing it up — Premium includes a backup/restore tool.
6. Intellectual property
The Extension, website and branding are the property of Aperox. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension. Pinterest and its marks are the property of Pinterest, Inc.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate licenses obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
